These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the AkSaLuX website and to all orders placed through our online shop. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these terms.
1. Seller
The seller and website operator is AkSaLuX, operated by Milaim Krasniqi in Switzerland. Customer support can be contacted at krasniqimilaimch@gmail.com.
2. Products and product information
We present product information, images, fragrance descriptions, sizes, packaging and availability as accurately as possible. Minor differences in packaging, labels, bottle design, colour or presentation may occur. Product availability may change without prior notice.
Product and trademark notice
AkSaLuX is an independent online beauty and fragrance boutique. Product names, fragrance descriptions, scent families and inspiration references are provided to help customers understand the style of a fragrance. Unless expressly stated, AkSaLuX is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or commercially connected to the owners of third-party luxury trademarks. We do not present fragrance alternatives as original products of those third-party brands.
3. Orders
An order is submitted when the customer completes the checkout process. We may review, confirm, refuse or cancel an order if products are unavailable, payment is not approved, the delivery address is incomplete, fraud checks fail, the order contains an obvious pricing error or legal restrictions apply.
4. Prices and currency
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website. Shipping costs, taxes, discounts and additional fees are displayed during checkout where technically available. We reserve the right to correct obvious errors before accepting an order.
5. Payment
Payment must be completed using one of the activated payment methods. Payment providers may conduct security, credit or fraud-prevention checks. If a customer selects an invoice, pay-later or instalment method, the terms of the relevant payment provider may also apply.
6. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates unless expressly confirmed as guaranteed. Delays may occur due to supplier availability, payment checks, courier delays, customs processing, incorrect addresses, public holidays, weather conditions or events outside our reasonable control.
7. Customer obligations
The customer must provide accurate personal, billing and delivery information, ensure that the selected products are suitable for their intended use and inspect the package after delivery. Incorrect address data may cause delays or additional costs.
8. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used fragrance, cosmetic, skincare, personal-care and sealed hygiene products may not be returnable unless defective or unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
9. Limitation of liability
AkSaLuX is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, business interruption, courier delays, third-party service interruptions or events outside reasonable control. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
10. Intellectual property
The website design, structure, text, images, logos and content published by AkSaLuX are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Content may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission, except where legally permitted.
11. Governing law
Unless mandatory consumer-protection rules provide otherwise, these terms are governed by applicable Swiss law.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when necessary. The version published on the website at the time of the order applies to that order.
